INFORMATION NOTICE FOR THE PROCESSING OF COMMON AND SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA

Information notice for the processing of common and sensitive personal data (information document pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003)
 
In compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003, we provide you with the necessary information regarding the purposes and methods of processing your personal data, as well as the scope of communication and dissemination of the same, the nature of the data in our possession, and their conferment.
 
Purpose of Processing
 
1. Legal obligations: invoicing, mandatory accounting records, contractual obligations, supply/sale relationships;
2. Accounting, banking compliance, and credit protection;
3. Compilation of questionnaires and sector studies;
4. Payment of taxes, duties, and other fees of any kind and by any means;
5. Completion and payment of delegations and F24 forms and other payment forms in general;
6. Transmission of circulars by the office.
 
Methods of Processing
 
Processing will be carried out using both manual and automated systems aimed at storing and managing the data, with logic strictly related to the purposes themselves, based on the data in our possession, by individuals appointed for this purpose.
 
Scope of Communication and Dissemination
 
Your personal data may be communicated to third parties and may be subject to dissemination for commercial purposes.
 
Nature of Conferment
 
In case of refusal to provide data or to consent to their processing or communication, it may not be possible to establish or continue the relationship or to carry out certain operations if the data are necessary for the execution of the relationship or operation and/or it may not be possible to carry out certain operations that presuppose the communication of data to subjects connected with their execution.
 
You may assert your rights as expressed in Articles 7, 8, 9, and 10 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003, by contacting the data controller (or the responsible person if appointed) of the processing.
 
Article 7 Right of Access to Personal Data and Other Rights
 
1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form.
2. The data subject has the right to obtain the indication of:
   a) the origin of the personal data;
   b) the purposes and methods of processing;
   c) the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools;
   d) the identifying details of the data controller, the processors, and the designated representative pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;
   e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as designated representatives in the territory of the State, processors, or persons in charge.
3. The data subject has the right to obtain:
   a) the updating, rectification, or, when interested, the integration of the data;
   b) the deletion, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those for which retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
   c) the certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, including their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where such compliance proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared to the protected right.
4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:
   a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;
   b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purposes of sending advertising material or for direct sales or for the performance of market research or commercial communication.
