SHOT BLASTING, PEBBLE BLASTING, AND SAND BLASTING PLANT WITH COMPRESSED AIR
 
DOMIZI, with its new plant (work area dimensions 5 x 3 x h = 3 m), is capable of offering the following operations:
 
Shot blasting with hardened carbon steel abrasive for the surface preparation of iron/cast iron products for various treatments (painting, galvanizing, bluing, etc.);
 
Pebble blasting with stainless steel shot to satin, uniform, and strip the surfaces of products. Some applications include:
 
Surface preparation of stainless steel products as a substitute for chemical pickling;
Preparation of aluminum parts before coating (for example, Teflon);
Satin finishing before the anodization of aluminum parts;
Polishing of brass, copper, bronze, and stainless steel products.
